Inventor
To start I designed my brake part using Inventor. By now I am really comfortable with Inventor since I used it on multiple other projects. To the left is the blueprint of what I based my brake part on. Also to the left is my progress with my brake part on Inventor and the finished brake part on Inventor.

CNC mill
Next I used the CNC mill to cut out my brake part. It was fairly simple to set up and after setting it up it took the longest out of any of my projects so far to complete on the machine. To the left is what the software looked like while the CNC mill was running. The 2nd picture is my CNC mill being cut out on the mill. My final picture is my brake bracket after it was cut out by the mill.

What I learned
During the CNC mill project I learned a lot. First I strengthend my skills with Inventor as well as Fusion 360. I also learned how to use the CNC mill since it was the my first time ever using that machine. I am very excited for the final project and being able to use multiple machines. Overall, I really enjoyed the CNC mill project
