What Inventor doesInventor is a software that uses Computer Aided Design to create 3D objects you can use to create objects that you can 3D print and use in regular life. In inventor you start by creating 2D images. After that you can extrude and edit into 3D images. You can then print these 3D images into everyday objects that you can use in regular life.

What I learned from Inventor
What I learned from the Inventor project is that you can create anything you want using Inventor and a 3D printer. Before this project I thought you could only make small things that aren't very useful in 3D printers. After this project I know now that if you know how to work the software, and have a 3D printer you can make items that you can use in everyday life instead of buying the items. Another thing I learned is how precise the machine is if you are off by .01 cm you widget could look completely weird and messed up. It is important to pay very close attention to decimal points and what unit of measurement you are in.
